egSEQ SARS-CoV-2 Multi Panel is a complete amplicon-based NGS library preparation kit for SARS-CoV-2. The kit contains library preparation reagents for targeted sequencing on Illumina sequencers using a paired-end read length of 150 (2×150). 

This kit contains 220 amplicons divided into two reaction pools, with amplicon sizes ranging from 160 bp to 260 bp. Our targeted solution targets and amplifies the whole genome of the SARS- CoV-2 virus, enabling tracking of virus strains and is ideal for monitoring viral populations and mutation events.
