egSEQ Haematology

egSEQ Haematology Panel is a RNA-based hybridisation targeted sequencing panel. The comprehensive panel targets 141 common fusion genes in haematological tumours, such as KMT2A, RARα and NUP98, providing accurate, comprehensive and cost-effective analyses for haematology diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and monitoring.

Features

  • Expertly curated coverage covers a comprehensive range of hotspot genes in the gonadotrophic, myeloid lineages, as well as unknown lineages.

  • Innovative RNA capture technology with enhanced performance for detecting low abundance transcripts and fusion genes.

Applications

  • Detection of fusions, variants and gene expression information in blood tumours at the RNA level.

  • Disease diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and recurrence monitoring.
